Nov. 2021United States, Los AngelesLed the A&R division for Vitalic Noise's publishing arm, Loose Change Publishing, overseeing a dynamic roster of songwriters and producers across multiple labels (LC, VN, Movida Musica). Responsible for managing session coordination, creative development, and publishing administration, while maintaining and nurturing key relationships with external partners and collaborators.
- Development: Led A&R initiatives across diverse genres, identifying and nurturing emerging talent while collaborating with artists and producers to create commercially viable, high-quality music.
- Strategic Campaigns & Partnerships: Organized and executed a highly successful writing camp in Mexico City (CDMX) in collaboration with Movida Musica and SNGL Songs, bringing together 24 top-tier songwriters and producers from Los Angeles and CDMX. The camp fostered cross-cultural collaboration and resulted in the creation of multiple songs for four Latin American artists.
- Project Management & Artist Relations: Coordinated all aspects of the A&R process, from session logistics to long-term writer/producer development, ensuring that projects met both creative and business objectives. Maintained strong, ongoing relationships with industry partners, publishers, and collaborators.
