Implemented triennial Visitor Assistance Reviews within NWK to ensure regulation compliance. Facility Equipment Maintenance(FEM): Provided review on establishing recreation hierarchy for all Recreation assets, continue to standardize existing NRM workorders to improve policy references and consistency for recurring work in assigned program areas, recent recommendations include Visitor Assistance Audits and monthly Security Reporting, boundary management and encroachment tracking.
