Since I have been employed, sales have increased over 1000%. Known as a trusted thought leader in all things in cross media, I have presented locally as well as nationally about successful strategies, and have predicted the latest trends of direct marketing. I have been able to completely overhaul our business model and create a successful workflow and efficient process. Customer retention is at 98%, and I have a significant list of satisfied customers. I currently manage the blog, social media, SEO, and almost all of the outside marketing for our company. I was able to close our top 10 largest clients without assistance as well as connect and implement our latest technologies with business such as: Exact Target, EZ Texting, Marchex, Salesforce, and Shutterfly.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development, and contract signature to project completion.
• Create, manage and execute variable data driven cross media marketing campaigns across multiple channels
for clients that have resulted in measurable return on investment
• Deploy direct mail, emails and web pages ahead of schedule and under budget
• Maintain relationships with a variety of clients which resulted in numerous commendations
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently which have resulted increased revenue
• Conduct project management, client relations, web design, graphic design (web graphics, collaterals, direct mail, brochures, presentations, etc.), brand management, trademarks, press releases, updates to blog and social media
• Create and deploy large volume variable data email campaigns and tracked the results
• Presented an effective seminar to over 60 people about using cross media marketing. 10% of the audience have signed up for accounts on our system.
