Apr. 2022 - Mar. 2024SingaporeAs a compliance manager, I ensured that the organization was operating in compliance with relevant regulations. To start, I used a combination of random document sampling and data collected through quarterly checks to identify any areas where our compliance was lacking. Then, I provided control scoring for each of our branches on a quarterly basis based on the results of these checks. In addition, I was responsible for collating error counts and computing productivity results, which helped me to understand how our compliance efforts were impacting our overall operations. I also worked to stay up-to-date with the latest regulatory assessments which allowed me to make updates to our compliance processes and Branch Operational Procedural Guides and controls. Additionally, I was involved in training and developing new hires for operation compliance, including creating training materials and conducting on-site training sessions. Finally, I wrote the minutes for monthly meetings, which provided a written record of what was discussed and any decisions that were made. These minutes were an important part of our compliance management process, as they helped us to stay organized and on track. Highlights: (Project Involvement)

- Successfully saved 672 hrs annually (based on automation of 1120 customers record on monthly basis) ★ Excel Macro Project - Automated the creation of structured escalation emails with customization built in ★ Cash monitoring program - Created the program to monitor cash holding of all Maybank Branches in Singapore via excel that assist with email escalation if Branch’s Cash holding exceed the stipulated limit assigned
