- Identifying sales opportunities;
- Working on the Smart City project (presentation and sale of smart solutions to potential clients in the portfolio);
- Ensuring excellent customer service delivery at all times;
- Working within a team to manage the budget and achieve targets and incentives;
- Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge;
- Proactively seeking out new opportunities;
- Analyzing data, numbers and information;
- Selling Telekom services and products to corporate clients in order to achieve monthly target;
- Identifying problems and found proper solutions quickly in order to maintain client satisfaction;
- Selling fixed and mobile telecom services, cloud services (Office 365, Cloud CRM, Cloud ERP, Cloud HR), hosting, web hosting, it security services and ITC products;
- Constantly updating the data-base;
- Offering support to customers, for company services and applications.
- Shaping initiatives through idea generation and also developing proposals;
- Collecting customer feedback and market research;
- Reporting to senior Manager;
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors;
- Organizing and attending meetings with prospective clients or businesses;
- Identifying the travel behavior of certain customers then making a business case to move unpredictable additional costs, much lower recurrence;
- Using roaming resources to make upsel and sale of high value subscription;
- Detailed understanding of roaming areas as shared by operators and understanding of associated costs;
- Making roaming consulting for costumers in order to bring extra revenue to the operator. Achievements: -Increasing the retention rate of my portfolio;
