-Planning each company operational organizational charts and internal process
-Supervising the hiring of top management team at each new country deployment
-Creating solid networking with local authorities, clients and contractors in each country
-Mediating client and mobile operators relationships Achievements:
-Created an internal deployment system for any country deployment, the system included detailed organizational plans, commercial methodologies, contractor audits, hiring procedures, operational systems and general best practice templates from all existing business units in the world
-Implemented Start up operations in Chile, Colombia and Peru
-Closed commercial Sale and Lease Back deals with Entel, Telefonica and Tigo
-Built the first 100 sites under the commercial agreement and MLA for VTR
