Nov. 2010 - Jan. 2022São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brasil- End-to-end coordination of R&D projects in Biomaterials Innovation, including the establishment of research laboratory infrastructure, continuous alignment with stakeholders from various areas, resource acquisition and management, planning and tracking activities, data analysis, and presenting results. This led to the standardization of synthesis routes at laboratory scale, pilot plant, powder processing (milling/mixing/atomization), chemical/physical/biological/mechanical characterization, 77 scientific productions, 53 undergraduate/graduate student advisements, and 5 international and national scientific collaborations.
- Acted as a Specialist in research infrastructure funding actions at Unifesp, securing over R$1MM. Responsibilities included identifying researcher needs for ceramic materials, budgeting, negotiation and resource management, and training users in equipment operation.
- Coordinated a University Extension Project with a social purpose, partnering between public high schools in São José dos Campos and Unifesp. Created learning spaces focusing on soft skills and reflecting on competencies needed for 21st-century students, encouraging low-income students to enter the formal job market and continue their studies. The project served two schools online during the pandemic, impacting over 300 students and the school community.
