Ensure smooth workflow by establishing Global IT SOPs, while acting as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on quality SOPs. I analyze and implement validation and Quality protocols, when required IT input, and facilitate custom-coded Microsoft Access databases. The following are highlights of the value I brought to Beiersdorf: ☛ I boosted and upgraded existing applications by directing multiple, high-value IT projects across the site from start to completion while staying within time constraints. ☛ I improved professional capabilities of site employees on Qualityze, Empower3, Labware LIMS, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams through providing training and coaching. ☛ I communicated with key users to collect business requests and trained the same key users on efficient implementation and usage of application. ☛ I increased customer satisfaction by evaluating client business requirements, identifying gaps, and meeting and surpassing customer needs. ☛ I enhanced knowledge of site employees by designing courses on Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Empower3, and Labware LIMS.
