A big part of my role has been managing client portfolios, making sure accounts are correctly allocated, transactions are processed on time, and performance reports are accurate and delivered when expected.
I’ve worked closely with both internal teams and clients to make sure we’re all on the same page, solving problems before they grow and keeping communication open and clear. I’ve also been responsible for making sure policies and processes are followed, deadlines are met, and service standards stay high. Whether it’s resolving a tricky client query, coordinating across departments, or improving how we work with data and reports, I enjoy stepping in and making things better.
I’m someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and believes in staying professional but approachable. I like to learn and grow, and I’m always ready to pitch in where needed to help the team succeed.
