Instead, it relies primarily on tuition fees, donations, grants, and other private sources of funding to sustain its operations and provide high-quality continuing education to its students. Expanded marketing department from one person to a unit of five people. Created and administered a strategic plan for building personas, content creation, SEO, and an active blog yielding in 10% increase in web traffic. Expedited the migration of two websites into an independent CMS that included design, analytics, content creation, and accessibility. Orchestrated the rebranding of the college to improve consistency and make the organization immediately identifiable to prospective students, alumni, and internal audience (staff). Implemented the first Integrated Marketing Communication Plan. Augmented staff for in-house digital marketing endeavors saving the college $50K annually. Developed ongoing partnerships with organization, companies, and OU entities to forward the goals of Outreach and its partners. Executed the use of a customer relationship management (CRM) system for prospective, current students, and alumni. Assist with creative and media buys for yearly OU Outreach marketing campaign.
