Over the past year, the company has seen significant growth in terms of project requests, volunteer numbers, and overall impact. However, there are challenges in terms of funding and resource allocation that need to be addressed. The company is also exploring partnerships with other organizations to increase its reach and impact. Future plans include the development of an online platform to streamline project requests and volunteer management, as well as the establishment of a sustainable funding model to ensure the organization's long-term viability.
