While there, I created and implemented a new client engagement strategy across the department which helped streamline communication and increase focus on department goals. Some of my responsibilities included:
• Optimization of existing accounts, partnerships, and marketing campaigns in order to maximize performance within Defenders call centers. • Perform in-depth analyses and develop strategic action plans for Partner improvement and growth.
• Onboard and grow new accounts
• Manage the contract process, compliance support, compensation needs, escalated customer service issues, and campaign optimization. • Serve as customer champion with Defender departments in regards to training, call review, IT application and customer service.
