Once open, my main responsibility was selling room night contracts to companies. As Sales Manager I was the key contact person to present the new hotel to the local companies and attended many events to promote the hotel. I always maintained a good contact with the companies to be sure there were no complaints and if so to solve the problem with the whole hotel team. As a part of a hotel group, Accor, I also kept close contacts with the Regional Sales managers and the Key Account managers so we could work as good as possible like one team.
