1. Personalized 2M users with smart meter data and marketing data
2. Developed personalized data product embedded in App
3. Developed state of art ML model to cluster customer behaviours
4. Coach Juniors to increase coding efficiency by 40%
5. Detect suspicious customer behaviour
5. Developed a data road map with methodologies to give clear directions for juniors to execute
6. GenAI POC for personalized content
7. Impact and educate business users to adopt data analytic tools Job Duties:
1. Work directly with Director and develop data strategy and roadmap to drive the digital transformation of the company
2. Create and drive automation project, example data extraction automation machine with Python
3. Develop algorithms and ML model for forecasting, abnormality detection and clustering
4. Topic modelling for feature engineering
4. Transform data to relevant insights and provide recommendations on customer relationship and behaviour, campaign management and improve personalization. E.g. Time series clustering - customer behavior segmentation to promote personalization
5. Data warehouse and knowledge graph for customer 360
6. Project management - Data analytics/science projects
7. Research large language model studies and customer behaviour studies
8. Reinforce best practice and coach junior
9. Design experiments to discover causal factors to improve marketing targeting and keep track of the results (Define hypothesis, aim and methodologies)
10. Design and implement point reward mechanism for customer
11. Leading Gen AI project for personalized content, including building POC with LLM, LangChain and RAG.
12. Leveraging eDM data to build recommender
