In addition to sales leadership, filled-in for proactive business to business sales and leadership roles, also completed complex projects for VP of Sales. Deployed to need markets and hotels to reverse negative trends through analysis, marketing, and direct sales efforts. Performance Highlights:
• Led the Eastern region for select brands in a task force senior leadership role leading entire commercial strategy for select brands across the region.
• Implemented a new process in the field to reposition the Courtyard brand of hotels through "Courtyard Refreshing Business" and approach was adopted globally for all hotels to achieve return-on-investment for owners.
• Responsible for strategically increasing Marriott business for: Lockheed Martin, Hewlett Packard, BAE Systems, AstraZeneca/MedImmune, Northrop Grumman, ITT, Motorola, PepsiCo, Best Buy, Boeing, and KPMG.
• Created and developed new positions within Marriott Sales Organization for North America: Sales Executive and Sales Specialist Leader.
• Partnered with Marriott Global Sales lead and VP of Travel for Wells Fargo to increase share in key cities, successfully adding Marriott products into their travel program over the competition.
