Receive support issues over the phone or electronically via email from clients. Implement new specialized I.T. service ticket cloud-based program by configuring our current client base within the application and setting up and maintaining contracts responsible for billing. Create, edit, and bill service tickets within the above mentioned service ticket program. Implement and set up a cloud-based backup and recovery software program offered by a third-party vendor. Integrate this program with the above mentioned I.T. service ticket program. Add new clients and ensure that billing and ticketing are correctly set up to move smoothly from initial backup. Maintain all billing and payment accounts within QuickBooks. Pay bills when they are received, balance checkbooks, send invoices, maintain client accounts in not only QuickBooks but also electronically on a local server. Quote and purchase computer systems, servers, networking devices, and printers. Consultation with clients regarding all of their network infrastructure, hardware, and software, including but not limited to: servers, computers, mobile devices, switches, routers, and access points. Design and implement new company website. Work with clients on web design. Ground-up implementation of Office 365 and Exchange Online Enterprise for several small businesses and government agencies.
