Yearly sales rose by over 15%. Facilitated the expansion of our Flagship location in Boston, MA with the addition of 7 new watch brands. Worked with all new brands and construction teams to successfully build out another 1400 sq. feet of showcases and Shop-in-Shop Boutiques. The Timepiece division’s overall sales surged by 28% with the newly acquired brands and retail merchandising efforts. Developed a comprehensive sales process for shoppers to enjoy an unrivaled and unique experience raising the value of each transaction by 15% in the timepiece division.
Worked with Social Media and online publications like Hodinkee to boost the Shreve, Crump and Low brand name across the US. In the first year, the client base expanded well beyond the Boston area, and Jewelry sales roles over 10% (in addition to the timepiece sales growth). Purchased all timepiece brands in our Flagship location in Boston, our Chestnut Hill location and our newly acquired location in Greenwich, CT. Assisted with the development of the new website, with timepiece postings and with online sales driving online timepiece sales up 7%. Invited to Switzerland yearly for the introduction of all new timepiece lines; selected and acquired the upcoming year’s inventory based on the knowledge of best performing brands and the client base.
