Implemented strategic direction to inspire the employee lifecycle and processes to recruit, staffing, hiring, job specifications for success by decreasing our average job req cycle by ten days. Implemented a apprenticeship program with high schools and local trade school to build a pipeline of candidates for three plants for workforce planning initiatives and increase efficiencies by 55%.
Managed 10 projects (total: $28Mil) to ensure the projects met milestones, iterations were closed on time and under budget focusing on a 95% fund utilization rate (Engagement).
