Hi! I'm 24 from Melbourne, Australia. I am looking for new opportunities to utilise and enhance my current skillset. I have over 5 years in extensive experience working in various industries such as Hospitality, Customer service and logistics. I thrive in a practical setting and enjoy learning and taking on new challenges. As a customer service coordinator (past role), I was the first point of contact via email and over the phone. I helped to build and maintain great working relationships with customers whilst assisting sales and dispatch departments with administrative duties. As a front desk receptionist, my role is very similar. I handle all face-to-face and phone enquiries and complaints whilst ensuring the day-to-day tasks and requirements for the hotel are met. I can work well under pressure and multi-task to ensure tasks are met and completed before deadline. I work well in a team and autonomously and have been in leadership roles which has given me the opportunity to show a high level of initiative while also assisting my work colleagues. I adapt quickly to new systems and processes and have a willingness to learn and strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
