Jul. 2017 - Jul. 2022Somerset, New Jersey Under direct supervision of the owner and with input from the Operations Manager and Client Services Manager where appropriate, select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.
Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to dynamic situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies and/or “call-outs” arise. Company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day.
Track and record all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, etc.
Accept weekend on-call duty averaging one weekend per month and as directed by the Owner
Be responsible for full coordination of logistics (e.g., confirmation of client address, directions, special instructions, and schedule changes) with caregivers, clients, field nurses, and office staff.
As a member of the office team, handle incoming calls, service and employment queries in a highly professional and courteous manner.
