My goal for the project was to provide General Assembly Chicago with personas, a design direction, and lead a brainstorming session that the results of which empower the marketing team to enhance and focus marketing decisions on the local level.

The solution needed to be simple, scalable, and function naturally within the aesthetics of the soon-to-be-launched redesigned website. Collaborating with their in-house staff, I concepted, wireframed, and finally provided high-definition, full-quality mockup screens for the base user flow of their donation process in a presentation to their creative director.

After having passed the application process, my team of other selected applicants and I engaged with our client, Culinary Care, to develop a better system for delivering donated food to outpatient cancer patients undergoing treatment at cancer care treatment facilities. My team implemented the full spectrum of the UX design process to build a seamless and scalable solution for Culinary Care's intake process, management of the patient recipients of the service, and a user-facing interface for patients and treatment facility staff.
