• Lead HR transformation initiatives for Eurasia BU within implementation of new Target Operating Model (TOM) in line with VEON new strategy and global performance transformation (PT) program.
• Manage performance of OpCo HR project teams in frames of the PT project.
• Steer pro-active adaptation of developed methodology and tools; challenge their use by the OpCo HR teams.
• Influence and steer the implementation of headcount related initiatives, drive ad-hoc efficiency-increase oriented initiatives to ensure synergies, org. design effectiveness, costs optimization.
