-Produce quarterly monitoring reports to review, assess and forecast supply chain fund usage, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
-Analyse financial and operational data to create reports supporting decision-making and performance analysis in the supply chain function.
-Coordinate the improvement initiative of our main budgeting tool aiming at simplifying the budgeting process, increasing automation to reduce manual entries and increase efficiency.
-Implement financial reporting tools to improve budget forecasting accuracy, the tracking of budget utilization and the transparency in funds management.
-Develop guidelines and standard operating procedures for budget planning, monitoring, and invoicing, ensuring the streamlining of the processes and compliance across the organization.
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial management of projects and initiatives.
-Provided support to the Supply Chain unit during a temporary assignment at the South Sudan Country Office.
-Provided support to the Funds Management function at the regional level during a temporary assignment in Senegal.
