- Maintaining a 95% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Filing issues through JIRA and GitHub
- Moderating content in Tumblr based on our Trust&Safety Guidelines
- Creating dashboards in Zendesk Explore and Looker to report on our work and user sentiment
- Occasional projects like data analysis on account recovery tickets.
