During my tenure I:
• Grew the company from 67 humans in January 2021 to 385 employees and contractors in May 2022
• Grew the People team from 3 to 20 employing talented professionals across the disciplines of People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards
• Built out the framework for the successful launch of 4 Employee Resource Groups
• Designed an launched a new benefits program which included expanded parental leave benefits, increased family coverage and mental health care benefits for every Tia employee • Acted as a member of Tia's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Council - a group of individuals focused on diversity, equity and inclusion issues as they intersect with Tia’s mission to provide the next gen Women’s Health care
• Developed partnership with Vynamic and ImpactEDI™ to support Tia in continuing to recruit and retain a diverse workforce which provides an environment inclusive and welcoming of diversity.
• Led the selection and implementation of key HR technology solutions including HRIS and performance management system
• Built the onboarding infrastructure to onboarding more than 300 humans both remote and in new retail style clinics in Scottsdale, SF, and New York
• Maintained industry leading clinician retention
