As for CRM, we have an expert team that helps customers to create strategies for their relationship program and make it happen on tactical and operational levels. I’m in charge of the CRM team and my main roles are: Consultant: to propose CRM strategies based on business goals. It starts off from customer assessment, figuring out the whole business scenario, customer expectations of achievements. Business and CRM reports as well holding executive meetings are part of the job.
Operational coordinator: to ensure that all tasks and operations going through our project are according to the strategies defined with customer. Fine tuning automated marketing activations, marketing channels and platform performance, operational procedures among other things.
Team leader: to manage, engage and lead a team of analysts and developers to gives customer the best of our expertise in CRM analysis, growth hacking, marketing activation and web development.
