Jun. 2014 - May. 2016Greater Chicago Area• Establish the foundation of the Aramark/CPS training program through collaboration with account leadership, evaluation of training gaps, and development of training programs to address these gaps and fulfill contractual training obligations.
• Create and launch training materials for use throughout the enterprise.
• Facilitate training sessions to appeal to a variety of learning styles, including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Build solid cross-functional relationships with client representatives, peers, leadership team members, and front-line associates; leverage these relationships to create the optimal training environment where all parties are invested in, and able to contribute to, the overall training program.
• Manage a variety of special projects, including: fixed asset inventory, ordering and delivery of capital equipment, orientation and management of over 80 visiting Aramark personnel through the Facilities account startup, development of succession planning program for CPS employees, and development and implementation of new operational plan for Dining account.
• Demonstrate and establish a thorough knowledge of all Aramark systems and processes throughout the Dining and Facilities accounts; provide technical and developmental support to front line managers.
• Develop and manage a team of 6 Training Specialists.
• Act as Regional Safety Leader, which includes the implementation of new Safety Engagement activities, communication and training of all safety-related initiatives, and the reporting and investigation of all injuries and incidents that occur.
