With the transition, serve as technical project manager & client liaison responsible for managing programs, projects and client relationships associated with the acquisition. Lead the company’s virtual CIO activities. Work collaboratively with technical teams, including software developers, web developers, engineers and chief information officers to ensure successful, timely and cost-effective delivery on all engagements—building and maintaining high-value relationships that drive revenue. ● Inherited a team of virtual CIOs and various web development teams where integration and execution earned high praise from senior leadership for effectiveness and achievement—a mission critical activity representing significant revenue and opportunity.
● Applying skills as a Scrum master, advanced a key project where the engineering team was stuck in the reeds on execution. Devised a better plan of attack, an approach and a go-forward methodology where the project moved forward with less stress and risk toward meeting deliverables. NOTEWORTHY ACHIEVEMENT #1: Successfully ensured the retention of 85% of the legacy clients while simultaneously managing numerous existing and at-risk accounts.
NOTEWORTHY ACHIEVEMENT #2: Cybersecurity. Addressed an important client’s email breach across varying levels of security stacks. Designated an “action team,” huddled up to four times a day, issued client notifications, kept point of contact up to date continually, composed internal communications & acted as liaison to stakeholders, including insurance & attorneys. The results: Recognition by the client as “a light in the darkness” during a critical event.
