Ski Instructor
Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLCSki Instructor
Oct. 2016 - Mar. 2017Killington, VTThis was a bucket-list job, and I can honestly say, it was extremely rewarding. I was able to instruct both very young children (age 4-6) and high-school age children (age 14-16) in a sport that has been important in my life. Seeing the development of group dynamic skills among the young children (caring for each other and helping one another) was heart-warming. Helping high-school age children gain confidence in an area many had not been stars before was invigorating. While I don't believe I'll have the opportunity to teach ski school again for a very long time, I'd love to have the chance again sometime in the future.
