• Developed and redesigned Chamber website to streamline experience for web viewers, but also to increase advertisement revenue for Chamber
• Rebranded all Chamber collateral, including all event marketing, sales and development, and annual total resource campaigns
• Worked alongside and was influential in the Chamber's rebranding and renaming campaign, involving focus groups, polling and research reporting
• Rebranded the Young Professionals Connective (YPC) within the Chamber, integrated a social and digital campaign for the group, and strategically aligned events; these efforts brought more than $20,000 in new revenue to the Chamber • Exponentially grew all social media platforms within one year, and integrated social media strategy to strengthen Chamber investment opportunities for sponsors
• Created identity and branding for second largest annual event
• Successfully executed email overhaul to better optimize communications with members, potential members, media, elected officials and the community
• Influential in redevelopment of total resource campaign, which resulted in a 200% increase in earned revenue • Streamlined all external communications, including print and digital ads
• Was influential in establishing relationships with key partners, including statewide publications, national organizations and brands, and elected officials
• Have had over forty white papers/articles published throughout career (ghost writing)
