•Establish core values, persona and brand entity
•Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and assess targeted consumers insights
•Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
•Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
•Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
•Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
•Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy. Coordinate all ground BTL and sales activities with local KOL to promote the brand
•Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
•Anticipate bottlenecks
•Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing plans
•Assist the Business lead to develop and implement brand strategy and plans on an ongoing basis.
•Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
•Input on the development, production & implementation of world class advertising and promotions for brand and media strategies and executions to support brand.
•Formulate product / package innovations for presentation to drive down costs without jeopardizing brand quality or image in the market place.
•Ensure logo & trademarks are used as per the brand guidelines and corporate color code
•Analyze the trends of all the promotional activities
•Provide input and opinions on projects as needed covering areas from makeup trends, consumer insight, international trends, PR, new formulations, product testing and product approvals.
