Oct. 2016 - Aug. 2023The idea to create the Etiquette Training program came to mind when my partner Adrian Murariu and I realised that there is no autonomous mechanism in Romania that enables people to practice and discover in a safe environment, the skills they to become magnetic personal brands.
Nowadays though, our vision is much larger: we seek to make Romania the #1 most professional country in the World. We held our first pilot program in November 2016.
Since then, we built and launched the following products and services:
- Free seminars "Networking Etiquette" - starting with march 2017;
- Online Course on Udemy - Basic Etiquette Training - Improve your Networking Skills - August 2017;
- Basic Etiquette Training & Consultancy Program - august 2017;
- Rebranded as Etiquette Training - February 2018
- Free seminars „Etiquette and Personal Branding” - starting with January 2018;
- Magnetic Personal Brand Training - starting with January 2018.

May. 2016 - Sep. 2018Bucharest, RomaniaDuring my time at this NATO entity, I found myself working closely with 2 departments within the structure: legal advisors office and strategic communications.
my most basic tasks involved translating legal documents, publications on the NFIU webpage and interpreting discussions between various foreign stakeholders during their visits at our location.
However, the part I enjoyed the most was working with the strategic communications department in facilitating and organizing the visits of quite a few delegations that came over to our HQ. I loved it because it allowed me to contribute with my expertise in etiquette and protocol. It also proved to be a huge learning experience, as I could interact with high officials from all over the northern hemisphere. All in all, it was a great experience.
