• Mentored and developed 18 sales professionals to achieve President’s Club performance, including the #1 performer in Fire & Life Safety services, with 85% retention rates. Established niche marketing and penetration procedures for Global Accounts sales in all Cintas product and service silos including flame resistant uniforms, career apparel, industrial textiles, facility services, promotional products, first aid and safety, fire services and document management.
• Exceeded all sales goals and projections and achieved 20% sales growth year-over-year, by utilizing Strategic Selling techniques, developing and implementing plans for efficiency, strategic planning, and market penetration.
