Hire, train, evaluate, motivate, and manage full employee team. Develop store managers, associate/assistant managers and stock supervisors. Optimize productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction through allocation of organizational resources. Determine store layout and presentation in cooperation with corporate objectives in order to drive sales and enhance client experience. Perform scheduling and business/payroll planning. Ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Document unsatisfactory performance and provide employee discipline. Resolve store-level human resources and loss prevention issues with district manager. Serve as final source of client problem resolution to improve loyalty/retention. Analyze store reports to devise action plans. Implement new initiatives.
