▪ Successful partnership and program development with well-known professional coaching platforms to ensure the growth and development of the emerging leaders. ▪ Collaborative partner to the Controller and finance team for Payroll and all SOX compliance
▪ Execution of team off-site programs to help align and encourage cohesion amongst teams and leaders
▪ Effectively set-up, established and optimized a dual site model bringing the Manufacturing facility in Alameda online. Including strategic hiring, vendor buildout and across site collaboration to ensure a culture of OneSenti.
