Managing a small team and working closely with the wider PR team, I was responsible for the smooth operation of clients’ social media channels, content planning, reactive opportunities identified and creative campaigns executed to achieve set KPIs. My team regularly liaised with key online influencers to generate content and negotiate authentic brand endorsements. I was responsible for all client social media budgets, implementing a tailored paid strategy across social channels and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis. I oversaw regular updates to the retail clients’ website with news, offers, events and tenant details, e-mail marketing strategy and CRM, which involved detailed reporting using Google Analytics. From this I am confident using Wordpress and basic HTML. I also worked on-site at multiple client events and festivals, assisting the PR team with managing press and managing social media strategy and content.
