Blue Dot's practice itself, includes structuring for-profit and non-profit companies, fund formation, private equity and securities, assisting with operations, implementing impact capital transactions, and advising various institutions and investors committed to investing in such companies. They are particularly interested in supporting ventures that target issues related to extreme poverty, renewable energy and sustainable development, and they help clients facilitate the flow of investment capital to financially scalable social enterprises.
