My role focuses on ensuring seamless transfer of manufacturing operations, knowledge, optimizing workflows, and aligning with Hutchinson's mission to deliver innovative, lightweight, and efficient solutions for the aviation industry. My role involves overseeing the relocation of production lines, ensuring knowledge transfer to local teams, and managing compliance with aerospace standards.
