Oct. 2018 - Sep. 2022* Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth
* Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
* Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
* Scoping and prioritizing activities to deliver high impact outcomes based on business strategy and objectives
* Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, user experience designers and others, to deliver new products or enhancements to existing products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
* Driving product launches including working with sales, marketing, support, executives, and other product management team members
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Creating long and short term plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
* Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
* Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
* Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
* Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
