As digital marketing manager, I led the efforts to relaunch a new website that conveyed the value props more effectively and created a better customer journey, while increasing conversion points for demand generation. MarTech systems I worked within include Salesforce (CRM), Pardot (lead capture/email), Slack (internal comms), Asana (task management), Intercom (chatbot), Wordpress (CMS), InVision (design), HotJar (heatmaps), Google Suite, Google Analytics, Ahrefs (SEO) and 6 Sense (customer intent). I collaborated with demand generation teams on campaigns where I executed multi-variate testing with SEM, SEO, paid social, and landing page creation duties. And worked with product marketing and communication teams on content creation for blogs, PR, website content, and organic social. I produced and distributed the "From CPA to CFO" podcast, now called "Blood, Sweat, & Balance Sheets", that our CEO hosts that featured CFOs at top tech companies who shared their journey & lessons learned from CPA to CFO. I was also the primary audio/video production specialist that partnered with external vendors, as well as conducted in-house customer testimonial videos and internal training videos.
