- Act as spokesperson across media platforms and present at conferences to promote the organization’s mission and raise awareness.
- Lead social media projects to disseminate aging information and expand outreach on platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. **Key Accomplishments:**
- Achieved over $11.8 million in Medicare savings through enrollment assistance since 2017, with an average savings of $2,997 per beneficiary.
- Successfully transitioned the National SHIP Program from CMS to ACL, implementing new policies and representing 54 SHIP programs.
- Saved $683,086 in unnecessary costs and referred over $500,000 in fraud cases to federal agencies since 2009, enhancing program integrity.
