Sets up a schedule of maturities, sends monthly SOAs to the respective clients, and call clients before and/or on maturity date to follow up on their payment. - Tracks business levels against targets by monitoring the activities of borrowing and non- borrowing accounts (deposits, collateral business) daily. Discuss transaction trends and observations with the relationship managers/with the group. - Undertakes tasks outside the regular scope of work that may be assigned.
