Assist management in fostering standard practices, data reporting, quality assurance auditing, and monitoring. Review and prepare production activities by anticipating workload and staff competencies needed, ensuring process and resource issues are addressed. Conduct research, assessment, feasibility and effects on health related legislative decision packages, new health legislation, health policy and rule development changes staying current on health law, regulation and policy and procedures. Examine mandated business changes and determine impact on office operations and processes. Contribute to special projects and initiatives impacting the Office of Customer Service. Provide technical consultation and assistance to evaluate health care provider credentialing standards, business requirements, and process changes for successful automated online licensing/renewals. Contribute to development of business requirements to guide implementation of new Internet based technology projects, initiatives, and assignments by outlining critical functionality, defining business rules, user testing, and identifying process changes. Working independently, facilitate gathering of standards, health care provider user and regulatory system requirements by conducting on-going, in depth, and thorough user, business regression, and technical testing of application and system application functionality. Researching RCW’s & WAC’s, tracking, monitoring, creating charts and graphs to visually array data and providing assistance/coordination with review and implementation of legislation, hands-on support for office production teams and other projects as assigned. Primary trainer assigned to conduct the online licensing system and new employee orientation training.
