Program consisted of pre- program training syllabus, seasonal program agenda with all department leads, coordination of on-site/off-site placement program, and creation of all professional development training programs throughout the season • Responsible for a 14% increase in the Headquarters team, hiring 19 individuals in 17 months, spanning from recent graduate/entry level, Associate/Sr. Associate, Managerial/Director, and Executive level hires; responsibilities include sourcing, screening, pre- interview phone screening, interview coordination, and debrief coordination • Cross-Collaborated with all departments and divisions to execute program and operational needs for all four business units of The Headfirst Companies (nationwide)
