Sep. 2018 - Nov. 2020• Managing the business functions and key business reporting and performance management activities for the GTI team.
• Coordinates and prepares executive communication within GTI Team (e.g. town halls; team meetings; leadership off-sites etc.)
• Prepares presentations for VP to various audiences (e.g. senior management and executives, business and technology partners, and GTI employees)
• Collaborates with Finance to support the creation and management of the Group Operating Plan including: Annual budget and forecasts to transit managers
• Identify cost saving opportunities and optimization initiatives
• Develop business cases and PARs
• Support the teams in the development of pillar-specific metrics, reports and governance process.
• Track control functions such as audit items, security exemptions and proactively monitors and ensures Risk Management deadlines are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform necessary reporting to satisfy risk and compliance requirements
