This role has been a welcome opportunity to be back in the Community Services sector working with great people who support some of our community's most vulnerable people. I enjoy coaching and supporting leaders navigate the critical role of leading and managing teams. I have the opportunity to tap into and use my HR, ER, learning and organisational development experience while continuing to update my skills.
