I have been working in Human resources for over 25 years in frontline and executive roles.
I have experience in all areas of Human Resources including:
• Recruitment - determining job needs, writing ads, selection, I serving and in boarding.
• Employee engagement - onboarding, managing cultural and values fit.
• Learning and development - writing soft skill and compliance face to face and online training programs, facilitating group sessions online and face to face, individual coaching and mentoring.
• Organisational development - change management, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, KRA’s, development of frameworks, policy and procedure.
• Performance management - coaching managers and leaders through managing poor performance, developing performance improvement plans, staff letters, management of staff exits, completion of Unfair Dismissal responses and representation at FWC on behalf of organisations
• WHS and wellbeing- risk assessments, policy and procedure, workers comp and injury management, wellbeing program’s.
I have completed employee investigations, managed employee conflict, and represented businesses at the Fair Work Commission.
