Developed, implemented, and facilitated a five-module learning course for all line managers for people management skills related to their roles. • A 22% increase in organisational culture evidenced with staff feedback metrics. This improved employer reputation, staff retention, decreased recruitment expenses, operational consistency, and led to a strategic market advantage.
