- Schedules and manage client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Addresses client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Gathers client feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manages the studio calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Maintains organized and up-to-date client files, project documentation, and material libraries.
- Assists with the preparation of presentations, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Handles general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and processing paperwork.
- Maintains a clean and organized studio environment.
- Assists senior designers with project research, sourcing materials, and creating design presentations.
- Participates in client consultations, contributing design ideas and insights.
- Develops preliminary space plans and furniture layouts.
- Selects and present fabric, finish, and furniture options to clients.
- Stays up-to-date on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
