Additionally, I led the way in integrating sustainable practices, all while dedicating concerted efforts towards marketing and highlighting the numerous benefits of our product. Jun. 2021 - Dec. 2022My time at GMR was truly exciting and educational. I learned a lot and had an amazing experience as a co-founder. I played a crucial role in establishing a solid waste management facility from the ground up, which included handling recruitment and designing operational processes for the factory. Additionally, I efficiently managed daily operations in 14 different areas in Mount Lebanon, processing and treating 1 to 1.5 tons of waste per day.
I successfully nurtured relationships with key clients, including governmental entities, municipalities, and the private sector. These efforts aimed to raise awareness about waste management and promote recycling habits throughout Lebanon.
One of the most interesting aspects of my work was developing an educational program. I delivered ecological lectures in schools, universities, and local communities as part of the company's corporate social responsibility mission. Furthermore, I actively worked on creating and monitoring content for our social media accounts. Overall, my journey at GMR has been fulfilling, allowing me to contribute to sustainable waste management and environmental awareness in Lebanon.

Jan. 2017LebanonPlay Hard! is a community-based collective in Beirut that promotes video game culture and organises console tournaments. In 2017, two other founders and I took on the challenge of establishing and self-funding an E-gaming platform, and it turned out to be a successful and rewarding venture. Through strategic partnerships with stakeholders, we launched exciting Esports activation campaigns in collaboration with renowned brands like Adidas and Red Bull. Cultivating relationships with key contacts and potential funders, along with consulting companies and partners, opened doors to new opportunities for our platform. We made a significant impact on cultural awareness by organizing Lebanon's first gaming festival, known as Geek Fest, which brought gamers and enthusiasts together for an unforgettable experience. Additionally, we had the opportunity to consult on and develop the E-game program for regional events, further expanding our reach and influence in the gaming community. Finally taking a leadership role, we played an instrumental part in establishing an E-sports federation in Lebanon, uniting gamers and enthusiasts under a common banner and promoting the growth of E-sports in the country.
